Pukeko.
The Pukeko is a native bird of New Zealand. A Pukeko is a pest to farmers. Pukeko's have black, blue, white and red feathers. A Pukeko has ruby red eyes and a hard red shield on top of its beak. A Pukeko has a white spot under its wings. The Pukeko lives by swamps. A Pukeko lives in long grass and reeds. Pukeko's live with frogs, butterfly's and flys. A Pukeko lives in big groups or families. The Pukeko does like swimming and it eats insects, bugs and beetles. The Pukeko's protects itself by widening its huge wings.  A Pukeko uses its sharp claws to take away unwanted customers. A Pukeko waddles around with its long feet.
