Pterodactyl 1 .Over two million years ago in the Jurassic period my favourite dinosaur that used to live on earth is now extinct and that dinosaur is called the Pterodactyl . 2 .The Pterodactyl can be found on amazingly high cliffs in their nests that are made out of twigs , mud , hay and dry dry grass . The Pterodactyl can also be found in very very high trees . 3 . For the Pterodactyls wings and body they can either have amazing scales or they can have colourful feathers . Did you know that some people say that the Pterodactyl isn't actually a dinosaur. 4 . The Pterodactyl hunts by swooping down and using its claws to pick up its prey of the ground or out of the water. Did you know that the Pterodactyl has keen eye sight so when there hungry they just fly around everywhere looking for food. 5 . The first Pterodactyl fossil was identified in 1784 .
