My Dream Room.
As I walk into my dream room I see a beautiful basketball hoop, bed, hunting wall paper and old fashion windows. On the floor there's an under- water carpet. 
In my room I can hear the clock going tick, tock. Outside I can hear dog's barking and the wind blowing in the trees, making a swishing sound. There are birds tweeting on my window sill. 
In my room I can smell 'Black Knight Lynx' and yummy gooey porridge. 
I like my room because I can run around, do slam dunks and play basketball. My room is the ultimate dream room.

My Dream Room
In my dream room I have a fish tank and a yellow lamp on my drawer. I have a yellow and red box next to my bed. My Harry Potter poster is above my gold mirror and blue designs are on the wall paper.  My Harry Potter pillow is blue and white, with a Harry Potter face on it. The window sills have squares. There is a turtle tank and a Harry Potter poster next to my bed. There are lots of designs on the wallpaper and on the ceiling. It looks like the stars are shining on the roof and on the wallpaper stars are shining everywhere. I feel excited and I see sparkling stars everywhere. It's incredible.

Term 2 Describe/ Report Writing- My Leaf Creature by Decoder

Beauty My Butterfly.
My leaf creature is a Butterfly and her name is Beauty. This Butterfly lives on leaves, in plants and in gardens.
This Butterfly has dark black wings with white spots on them. It has a black and white skinny body with orange on parts of it.
My Butterfly eats leaves, smaller insects and swap plants. It sucks out nectar from bright yellow flowers. They can eat for one whole day. Beauty sucks her food with her tongue.
An interesting fact about my creature is that when it becomes winter all the butterflies gather up in one huge tree. Then when spring comes all the Butterfly's come back into the gardens.
Beauty the butterfly can protect herself by flying so fast, that the predator doesn't touch the butterfly. Another interesting fact about how it can protect itself is, that when it looks forward it can see the predator coming from the side of his eyes.
In conclusion, my butterfly is one of the most mysterious creatures of the insect world.

My Leaf Creature.
My leaf creature is called Wormantor. It lives all around the world! Wormantor has a lot of features. It can sense danger from 3 km away, and it has extremely good vision. 
Wormantor has a strong piece of armour. It has these things because Wormantor has lots of predators and it is small. The Wormantor has a unique body. It has a very hard shell because the body of the Wormantor is very soft. It has super long claws to defend itself. 
In general Wormantor looks like a star with eyes and claws. 
In conclusion my leaf creature is an underground beast that eats worms and insects.

Squirrel.
My leaf creature is a squirrel. It lives in a tree trunk. It is a hollow tree trunk. My leaf creature has a light brown patch of fur on its chest and dark brown fur for its body. It has a long tail and the tail has stripes on it. It has whiskers and wide eyes. My leaf creature eats acorns but not any acorns. It only likes acorns from the top of trees. It also eats almonds and walnuts. When my leaf creature has young ones, it goes to get food for them. When the young one cries to the squirrel, the squirrel squeals to them. My creature is scared of birds so when a bird comes it hides itself in a tree.

My leaf creature is called Bob Underpants. He lives in the jungle and he sleeps in the trees. He can climb trees and swing on ropes. Bob looks like an Angry Bird.  He is red and yellow and wears green underpants. His head is red and pointy. He eats fruit from the jungle like apples and bananas. He also eats bears by biting into them! Bob's favourite thing to do is run and play with his many dogs.

My Amazing Leaf Creature.
This is my amazing and fantastic leaf creature. It is a Beetle.
This Beetle is highly intelligent and is very big. It's natural habitat is in cut tree logs gardens and plants.
It eats smaller insects and swan plants. An interesting fact about this bug is that when it is looking for food its large ears tell it when something is coming, so that gives it a warning.
The insects have many features. It has a hard shell on the outside but on the inside it is really soft and squashy. It's hard shell protects it from other predators that try to eat it.
It's body is a rounded shape. Its shell is quite creative and is filled with amazing white and black strips.
In the day the mother goes out to hunt for its prey, while the father stays to look after the young.  As the sun slowly sets it goes back to the nest and feeds its young.
As you can see the beetle is a very interesting insect.

My Leaf Creature.
My leaf creature is a fairy. She is 30 cm small. My fairy lives in a colourful garden full of fruit and berries.The fruit and berry fairies are related. When it's cold they snuggle up in hollow trees.
My fairy eats fruit and berries. Her favourite fruits are apples, oranges and all sorts of fruit. Her relations eat berries just like the fruit fairy, any kind of berries. They pick fruit and berries together out of the garden.
Some problems the fairies have are they don't have big eyes like humans, so they can't see properly. If she is getting threatened she can fly away.
My fairy is very magical and she has pixie-dust so she can fly. If she can't fly with pixie-dust she can only fly 100 metres. That's how far she fly's with her beautiful sparkling wings.
Even though my creature is small she still looks after her garden. My fairy is a fascinating flyer and hides to hibernate.

Cross Country Champs
On Tuesday Glenholme School went to the Tree Trust for cross country. I thought Wiremu was going to beat me. I came in the top 3.  Now I will be supporting Glenholme School by going to the Inter-School Cross Country Champs for the longest day ever.
