A Pukeko has a red beak and on the beak there is a bill shield. It has ruby red eyes and dark indigo feathers on it's chest. A Pukeko lays eggs. It attacks other animal only if they are trying to hurt or eat it's young ones. A Pukeko eats juicy worms, slimy frogs and a lot of other bugs. In conclusion a Pukeko is a wonderful bird.
